cut paper collage. later enlarged to be used for GIVE UP shirt. mining future regrets, this is one of a rare few original collage pieces ever made available for purchase since 2001.

produced in 2022, this original “bolt cutter” piece was constructed in the same manner as all other GIVE UP works - assembled from original photographs shot by the artist, photocopy manipulated and sized. the respective elements hand collaged using scissors and glue. the final art then enlarged and color-separated for its final screen printed destination.

this original piece is presented framed under glass (documented with glass removed to prevent any glare in photographing) with a narrow black matt preventing any collage face contact with glass. signed and dated in pencil and ready to hang. actual collage image area roughly 7” x 5” mounted to 8” x 6” acid free black card. total with frame measuring 8.5” high x 6.5” wide x 0.75” deep.
