constructed in 2024 from a collection of seven original photographs shot by the artist. the respective photos sized and manipulated through a generational photocopy process for contrast and distortion before being collaged together by hand with scissors and glue sticks. fine details and shadows then added in ink and china marker. this collage represents one of the last handful produced utilizing this favored type of copier both for scale and toner saturation before the machine was retired.

originally produced as the central image for a CHAINED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN record release show with support from CRIPPLING ALCOHOLISM. total piece measures 15.625" x 11" on standard 20 lb copy paper with an actual image area roughly 11.75" x 10". signed and dated in pencil.

available here in a 17" high by 13" wide by 1.375" deep black frame with black mat under glass (pictured with glass removed to prevent any glare in documentation. final piece ships with glass intact.) delivered bubble wrapped, double-boxed for safety in transit, and insured via USPS priority rate.
