mining future regrets, this CASTING piece marks only the 16th prized collaged original ever to be relinquished from my personal portfolios since 2001.

finalized in 2019 after an initial 2012 concept, this original piece is constructed in the same manner as all other GIVE UP works - assembled from hand drawn elements and photographs shot by the artist, photocopy manipulated for toner distortion, contrast, and size, with the respective elements then hand collaged using scissors and glue.

presented here matted and framed under glass, signed and dated in pencil, and ready to hang. actual viewable collage image area measures roughly 10.5” x 7.5” within matt. total presentation with frame 17” high x 13” wide x 1.625” deep. (framed photos shown without glass to save glare in documentation - finished product ships with glass in frame.)
