THREE ARROWS tee

created in the 1930s as a symbol of opposition to the nazis, the three arrows originally represented anti-nazism, anti-monarchy, and anti-authoritarian communism. at the same time identifying a direction toward uplifting the working class through leftist electoral parties, paramilitary groups, and trade unions, as well as symbolizing liberty, equality, and fraternity. fast forward 90 years and it's come to represent a unifying marker against fascism, racism, and systemic oppression.

this shirt doesn't have anything to do with 'give up' specifically but i wanted to print one for myself so i figured if i was going to go through the effort of making a screen, heating up the dryer, and having to clean up afterwards i'd see if anyone else wanted one while i was at it.

being that this is a message of identity and solidarity against ever increasing totalitarian ambition and the idealogues that support it - and not something directly relevant to 'give up' art - i'm not looking to turn a profit on any sales. after cost of shirt, screen, film, emulsion, ink, ink cleanup, eventual emulsion remover to reclaim screen, shipping of materials to me, running the dryer to cure the ink, web store hosting, payment processor's fee, and future taxes on sales i can offer them at $10 each without going into debt on the effort.

heavyweight 6.0 oz 100% cotton black tshirts with THREE ARROWS symbol screen printed roughly 3.5" x 3.5" on left chest pocket area in white plastisol based ink. forever screen print, never DTG or heat transfer.

not a fan of pre-orders but as this isn't a profit based venture i'm putting these up early to measure interest before doing any big shirt order. shirts should be printed and ready to ship by mid october. if ordering multiple items available pieces will ship with these THREE ARROW shirts once they're finished.
